Depending on the Rosetta Stone install you used it may say the language files are already present but just install them anyways.

so i downloaded the file and used daemon tools to mount the level 1 file. but i dont know how to install it usually when i mount it the autoplay opens and i install it but the mounted file just opens to files, no applications. what do i do from here?

These are the language files only, you also need the Rosetta software, which you can also find here on TPB.

Why are there no instructions? I'm quite good at installing torrented software, even when others are complaining that it doesn't work, been doing it a long time. But I have no clue what to do here, and I'm not sure how I would find a forum on the subject. Could someone send a link, or some instructions?
Do I need to install some base rosettastone first, and this torrent is just a language install?

It is needed for the activation to work
danerys, that is a known good crack I have used it myself
however once you have gone through the complete install of all the languages,
copy and save both the Product.xml and DymanicStoredPath.xml (ProgramData, Program Files (x86)) as something you will remember
That way if you back up the language files after they have been installed, you restore them if you need to, and copy the two xml files you saved to overwrite the existing (newer)xml files,
And you should have all of the languages you install already shown as activated
hn4898, There are no instructions on how to "install" the language packs, you MUST use RS to INITIALLY install the languages.
Apocalypse16, yes these are JUST the languages, you need to have the Rosetta Stone program AND the correct patch for that version.
And NO you cannot simply extract them unless you are VERY PATIENT, and are familiar with editing Xml Files
sixlitre, I use PowerISO with absolutely NO problems.
oobaka, NO this is NOT a "Waste of time / bandwidth", you just simply need to ask for help.
wiseguydude, I'm not sure about v4, but I CAN tell you that v2 languages work with v3.4.7, so, assuming...
search for my name and VasiaZozuila, you should find most if not all of the NFO and files you need to install and run RS v3.4.7

A lot of people are getting frustrated and I understand why. It's because no one seems willing or able to answer their question. Most of us can get RS installed and patched without a problem. And most of us can get the language packs installed afterwards. But what we're having problems with is the registration of the language packs. So the question that needs to be answered is this:
HOW DO WE REGISTER THE LANGUAGE PACKS SO THAT WE HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THEM?
Yours, or anyone else's, help answering this question will be greatly appreciate by myself and MANY others.
